Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new & unused condition with all original tags & labels attached.

Return Process:
To start the process of your return, please e-mail customer service to initiate the procedure of your return. Items must be in their original packaging for consideration. Prepaid shipping label will be provided. Return shipping charges will be paid by us.

Damaged Items:
Please report damage items within 7 days of delivery. For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund.

Exchange Policy:
Right now, we don’t provide an exchange service. Simply return the items you purchased and place a new order with the items you’d prefer.

International prepaid labels are not offered at the moment.
