  • What is your return policy?
    We understand that sometimes items may not fit or meet your expectations. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. You must return the items within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note sale items are final sale. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vrailuxe.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Once we receive your item, we'll process your refund within 72 hours.
  • Which items are not returnable?
    We offer returns for items that are in their original condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or stained items. Additionally, items must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We are excited to announce that we working to offer offer international shipping to Canada. However, we are still working on expanding our shipping options to reach customers all over the world. We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about when international shipping will be available in your country.   • How do I know which size to order?
    We recommend referring to our size guide, which provides body measurements to compare against. Please note that this is a recommendation only and does not provide measurements of the garments themselves. If you are slightly bigger than any of the recommended size measurements, we always recommend sizing up, not down, as many of our fabrications are non-stretch. If you have any further questions or concerns about sizing, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
